Informative relative to the treatment of the personal data

21.	Accordino to the article. 13 of the Law n.196/2003 of the Code on the Privacy, we inform you that, with reference to Your personal data, as well as to eventual data that will be given  to our Society, the gathering and the treatment of these have the exclusive aim to allow us the activity of selection and, more  in general, to carry out to obligations of laws. Such activity should permit the communication and treatment of the data on behalf of our society, corporates or professionals, entrusted of developing the specific services of selection and should be used by other offices of this Society, or to other ones, also foreigners, connected with us. 
The conferment of the personal data from the party, is optional for suitable finalities; yet the possible refusal to confer the Data involves the inability to start the aforesaid activity of selection. 
The treatment of the Data will take place with formality, automatized or not, consistent with the aims for which they have been collected in observance of discretion and security laws.

The Data won't be spread. 
The article 7 of the Law n.196/2003 recognizes you different rights that we invite you to consider very carefully. We remember briefly recall you the following rights: 
to get from the holder of the treatment of the data the confirmation of the existence or  non-existence of personal data and the utilization of them in intelligible form; 
to know the origin of the data, logic and finalities on which their treatment is founded; 
to get the cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the treated in breach of the law, as well as the updating, the rectification or, if the party is interested in it, the integration of the same data; 
to oppose totally or partly, for lawful reasons, to the treatment of the own personal data relevant to the purpose of the recalling; 
to oppose totally or partly to the treatment for commercial goals information or to dispatch advertising material.
